Internet Explorer 8 finally catching up Internet Explorer 6 as the most popular browser in the world, with a 22.3 percent increase in January 2010. IE8 only takes ten months to become the leader of the global browser. However, this increase may be attributed to the many people who switched from IE6, after Microsoft acknowledged that IE is weak in several hacker attacks on Google’s system in China.

Currently, both French and German governments advised computer users to download an alternative web browser. French Government recommends switching to a different web browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome. Recent natural disasters often haunt many people in the world. Moreover, natural disasters like the tsunami can’t be predicted in advance. Because of that, tsunami early warning system is needed accurate. Now present a new approach to detect a tsunami, which uses the Internet cable under the sea.

There are only five countries that still use the sensor array as a warning system, the United States, Australia, Indonesia, Chile, and Thailand. a cheaper way to detect tsunami, namely using a telecommunications cable or the Internet under the sea to detect the electric field.
