Microsoft and Intel Prepare IE9 with High End Graphics

In the near future, Microsoft will launch the beta version of Internet Explorer browser 9 (IE9). The launch will be held at an event in San Francisco in response to competition from Chrome, Firefox and Safari. IE9 will be improved from the previous version, especially on graphics issues. If this can be realized, later IE9 will have a sophisticated graphics than many competitors.

In previous March, Microsoft has released the first platform with HTML5 IE9 images that enable GPU-powered and enabled hardware acceleration that supports browsers such as text, images, background, video and audio. Microsoft official explained on their blog: hardware acceleration is needed on this browser if you want to get IE9 with high graphics.

16% Of Twitter Users Are Active on Mobile Devices

Twitter users originating from mobile phones increased by 60 percent since last April. This coincided when Twitter introducing Twitter application for iPhone. According to one of the founder and CEO of Twitter, Ec Williams, until now his mikroblogging service has been registered and nearly 145 million users have increased by 40 percent since four months ago.

Of the 145 million Twitter users, Williams said that 16 percent of all new users to start using these services through mobile devices. Nearly half of all users are accessing the service via mobile devices regularly.

“The decision to develop and or purchase an official Twitter client plays a large role in this growth,” he explained in a blog post, which quoted by Gigaom, Friday (3/9/2010). What is interesting is that based on statistics provided by the founders of Twitter in his post, visitors to the site Twitter.com almost equal to the mobile users like the iPhone or BlackBerry when put together.
